BUFFALO'S GRAZING ALONG THE MINCIO RIVER ... THERE STARTS THE LINE OF OUR PRODUCTS !
The livestock in our farm includes dairy cows, buffalos and swine.
Every product of the line "Oasi del Mincio" is manufactured only with our farm's genuine foodstuff.
The Farms produces milk, various sorts of cheese, meat and sausages. The dairy products (buffalo's and cow's)
from the transformation of our own farm milk, after an accurate genetic selection. The producer himself looks after the breeding, the milking, the cheese manufacturing, its seasoning, packaging and selling. The product's genuineness and freshness is thus guaranteed throughout its life, from raw material to sale. The very same thing happens to bovine, buffalo and swine meats: each head of cattle is slaughtered directly within and by the Farm.
In the future of the "Oasi del Mincio" project will be included possibly some tourist accommodation and activity,
being the farm situated in a picturesque spot of the "Parco del Mincio" that allows exploring
the agricultural reality of the province of Mantua.

Our BUFFALO'S MOZZARELLA is the outcome of a 3 year hard work of improvements and adjustments.
Now ,we can be proud of a best-tasting product, snow-white colored, that satisfies the needs of any cuisine.
Our" MOZZARELLA" is processed entirely within our Farm
according to the traditional methods. Our "Buffalo's Products" are
not just Mozzarelle, but a whole line of "EXQUISITE CHEESES "
that are all produced by respecting the
tradition while adding that touch of fantasy appreciated by the finest connoisseur !
